About the Author:


Brian Wutz lives in Nashville, Tennessee.  He is a scholar of municipal law and public organizations having earned a Masters in Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Policy at Syracuse University and a Juris Doctor from Michigan State University.
